Before and during your OPD visit

Consultations are at Room 317, 3rd Floor, OPD Block, Yashoda Hospital, Nalgonda X Roads, Malakpet, Hyderabad 500036. Hours: Mon–Sat 10:00–17:00 IST. Closed Sunday except emergency. Email: hellodr@drsayuj.info. Bring prior MRI or CT films and reports, a current medication list, and a short note of your main symptoms. The visit is for clinical assessment and counselling — it is not a guarantee of surgery or of any particular recovery timeline.

  1. History and neurological examination.
  2. Review of imaging in the context of your symptoms.
  3. Discussion of non-surgical options when they are appropriate.
  4. If a procedure is considered, explanation of risks, alternatives, and next steps.

Credentials discussed on clinic pages: MBBS and DNB Neurosurgery. Germany-related training is described only as a German observership in full endoscopic spine surgery (2024).
